This website (styvensoft.com) is operated by Hugo Steveen Echeverri Silva ("StyvenSoft", "we"), based in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, who acts as the data controller. Contact: steveen.echeverri@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us:

• Contact form: name, last name, email, company, phone, country, project type, estimated budget and message.
• Blog comments: name, email (optional), title and comment text. Your name, title and comment are publicly visible; your email is never displayed.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes for the services you request.
• To publish and moderate blog comments.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis and authorization

In accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, by submitting a form on this website you authorize us to process your personal data for the purposes described in this policy.

5. Data stored in your browser

We use your browser's local storage only to remember your light/dark theme preference and to temporarily cache our public GitHub statistics. No personal information is stored.

6. Third-party services

To operate this website we rely on Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), Google Fonts (typography, which may receive your IP address when fonts load) and Cloudinary (image delivery). Products in our Shop link to external stores that have their own privacy policies.

7. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Blog comments remain published until they are removed by you or by us.

8. Your rights

You may, at any time:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Be informed of how your data has been used.
• Revoke your authorization or request the deletion of your data.
• File a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the administration panel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
